Become a patron of the arts

Sierra Arts Foundation is a non-profit organization; therefore, it cannot exist without the help and support of the community. Sierra Arts’ patrons help fulfill our mission of developing and supporting local artists who are committed to our community, by providing funding, education for all ages, and developing spaces and places for artists to display or perform their work. Sierra Arts is proud to be the region’s only arts organization with an emphasis on teaching, nurturing and supporting the arts in our community.

Benefits to the Community:

For many patrons, the value of the contributed funds weighs far greater than the donor benefits. Here’s a look at how donor dollars enhance our arts community through our core programs.

Arts In Education: $50 covers the cost associated with educating a class
of students for one hour

Elder Care: $100 covers the cost of a musician for one performance

Concerts In the Gallery: $250 covers the cost of a concert performed by a trio

• Arts Alternatives: $500 covers the cost of educating one classroom for a
10-day period

• Center Exhibition: $750 covers the cost of preparing a single exhibition

• Grants to Artists: $1,000 matches the average amount awarded to individual artists

• Sierra Arts Magazine: $2,500 covers the average cost to print a single edition
