Brew HaHa 2014 Is Just Around The Corner

WHEN:  Friday, January 24, 2014 at 7 p.m. (VIP) and 8 p.m. (General Admission)
WHERE: John Ascuaga’s Nugget –  Rose Ballroom
TICKETS: www.janugget.com; $50 General Admission, $65 VIP

The 19th annual Brew HaHa beer tasting and entertainment fundraiser event is set for Friday, January 24, 2014 beginning at 8 p.m.  Brew HaHa will have more than 100 types of beer available for unlimited tastings, and live music by Vokab Kompany to keep the party going through the evening!

The event raises critical funding for us. In 2013, the event raised more than $37,000, providing support for area artists and community arts programs, such as Arts in Education, the Elder Care Concert Series, and the Arts Integration Project.

A General Admission ticket to Brew HaHa includes all-you-can-responsibly-enjoy beer tastings featuring more than 100 types of beer, including many seasonal and microbrew varieties that beer connoisseurs won’t be able to try anywhere else. A VIP ticket to Brew HaHa allows event-goers access to the event an hour early, at 7 p.m., along with a pre-event opportunity to speak with the brewers themselves. Both VIP and General Admission tickets include a commemorative beer pint tumbler.

Tickets for the 2014 Sierra Arts Brew HaHa are available online at www.janugget.com, or by calling the Nugget at 1-800-843-2427. Tickets are $50 for General Admission, and $65 for VIP. Ticket prices will increase by $10 at the door on the day of the event. Fifty percent of the ticket purchase price is tax-deductible.

We also raffle off great prizes from local donors during the event, and are currently seeking donations. To donate, please contact Stacey Spain at stacey@sierra-arts.org.

John Ascuaga’s Nugget is one of the few family-owned casino resorts left in the country. Founded as a coffee shop with a few slot machines on March 17, 1955, John Ascuaga has built the Nugget into a world-class, full-service gaming resort destination.
