Greater Art At A Lesser Price Monthly Art Sale
Greater Art At A Lesser Price “>ART@<$” is the name of Sierra Arts Foundation’s new monthly art sale happening every third Saturday of the month from 1-4pm in its gallery at 17 S. Virginia St. #120 in the Riverside building. Pricing of the artwork will be split into four categories – less than $25, less than $50, less than $75, and less than $100 – and feature a variety of local artists working in many different media and styles.
“Everyone should have access to high quality art,” says Stacey Spain, Executive Director of Sierra Arts Foundation, “This sale allows people to have great art in their homes or to give as gifts while also supporting our local artists.” Eighty percent of each sale goes directly to the artist with twenty percent helping Sierra Arts to fund special projects. Each month the artists and pieces featured will be different making this event a monthly habit for every art lover.
