The Great Reno Balloon Race Seeks Poster Design for 2015 Event

The official poster design for the 2015 Great Reno Balloon Race (GRBR) is up for grabs. Today, GRBR announced that they are opening up the design process for the 2015 official and commemorative poster to the public. GRBR is seeking complete poster designs for consideration as the 2015 official poster.

GRBR manifests fun, family, community, and creativity. Designs should incorporate some of these qualities and of course the classic teardrop shaped hot-air balloon. Artists are restricted to one design per entry; deadline is April 30, 2015. The grand prize winner will receive recognition as the official poster designer of the 2015 event, media opportunities, 50 posters from GRBR for non-commercial use, and a rare hot-air balloon ride for two on Thursday, Sept. 10.

A panel of local special event representatives and hot-air balloon enthusiasts will judge the poster design contest. The winner and runners up will be notified on May 18. The official poster will be revealed on July 9 at a special media preview. For detailed guidelines, artists are asked to visit https://renoballoon.com/poster-contest.
