The 11th Annual Arts in Bloom event will take place from 11AM-7PM on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Victorian Square Plaza
in Sparks. Arts in Bloom will feature local and regional fine Artists, who will show and sell their works, accompanied by live background music and a wine tasting presented by John Ascuaga’s Nugget.

Arts in Bloom will be advertised in the Reno/Carson/Tahoe, Sacramento and Chico, CA region through the News & Review newspapers, on our websites and on local radio and television. We’ll publish an Arts in Bloom program, which will be inserted into the July 18th RN&R and also distributed at the event.

There are several ways to participate:

o ARTISTS who are local or regional (within 100 miles of Reno/Sparks) are invited to submit an application, along with an image of their work.
o We are limiting space to just 35 Artists
o Tent/canopy will be provided (approx. 10’x10′ space)
o Participating Artists will also receive a feature in the program o Cost is only $100, with Artists retaining 100% of sales*

o FOOD VENDORS will be selected on a limited basis and must be licensed for off-site food sales. There are three (3) food vending opportunities available for Arts in Bloom this year.
o Space for food vendor operation is 10’x10′ o You provide your own setup and canopy
o Cost is $175 for the day and you retain 100% of sales*

*ARTISTS AND VENDORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING, REPORTING AND PAYING APPLICABLE SALES TAX TO THE STATE OF NEVADA

o SPONSORSHIPS are available, which include an ad in the program
o Kids Art Area
o Stage
o Presenting Sponsor
